I've always been interested in hearing personal stories, whether they come from family members, friends, or strangers. My favorite part of the news years ago was when Steve Hartman use to throw a dart at a map and then find a phone book of the city and find a person to interview. Such interesting stories!!!
No map or phone book stories here (that I know of anyway). I work as a nurse in a retirement community that has so many residents with fascinating stories. I'll have to figure out the logistics of them sharing their stories with me due to privacy issues (I'm sure you've heard of this "HIPPA" phrase before). I'll be sharing stories of neighbors, acquaintances, co-workers, family, etc.
If you're the type to "cringe" everytime you see a grammar error, well then, you may not want to continue with my blog.
I'm excited as I already can think of tons of folks I know who "have a story" that is just waiting to come out. I'm looking forward to learning about others and sharing their stories in print (cliff note version) as well as pictures. Stay tuned for a story!
